We are currently working with a national retail brand who are looking to recruit a strong Assistant General Manager to join the team at their established destination store on the out skirts of Fort William. After reporting a successful 2015 and with a number of new openings planned for 2016 this is an exciting time to be joining the business.
As an Assistant Manager your role will be to drive a team to effectively manage the overall running of the store. Concentrating both on front of house customer service, merchandising and sales as well maintaining stock control, operational process back of house and maintaining high store standards.
Successful candidates for this role will have had previous retail management experience within either a high volume multi department retail environment or within a process driven operational management role. You must have a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of stock related processes, have good management skills in order to get the best out of your team and also have the drive and desire to deliver great customer service and meet stretching sales targets.
A competitive salary of up to £16,500 plus company benefits and fantastic development opportunity will be rewarded to the successful candidate.
